North Providence Tire & Auto

They are the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. I've been taking my car here for over 2 years now for various reasons, such as, oil changes, engine valve cover replacement, new brakes, exhaust system repair because my muffler was hanging off and the exhaust pipe under the car cracked in half and sound like a jet engine, new ac compressor, and light body work such as installing a new mirror on the car. You will not find a better auto repair shop than North Providence Tire and Auto. They always do everything at a fair price, and provide you with a quote in advance on the price for major repairs, and they have never turned me away for any repair or maintence I have needed. They are amazingly accommodating, especially being versed in every make and model, even foreign vehicles like, BMW. When I tell you so many mechanics refuse to work on my car because I have a BMW, is so frustrating. You never have to deal with this problem at North Providence Tire and Auto. I wish I knew about them before I moved to the area. They would have been my go to much longer ago.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with North Providence Tire and Auto. This is a super-friendly, knowledgeable and experienced shop that goes out of its way to satisfy its customers. The work is professional and pricing is reasonable. I never feel like I could have done better elsewhere. My entire family and quite a few friends have gone there for years and I have never heard a complaint. Five stars all the way.

I don’t trust anyone else to take care of my car. Have been going here for years for oil changes, tire patches, and even a new engine (fml), and they are the best of the best!! You can tell they really care about the customers and are very knowledgeable in everything they do!

being OCD and always working on my own vehicles it was hard for me to trust anyone with my truck as i did not have the resources to do this particular job. From the first time i met Sal and his team they were nothing but amazing, friendly, listened to what i wanted. very fair ( better than online sellers even on the tires) i had them install my 3in lift kit and new tires and alignment. the tech was super nice and knew exactly what was needed and instilled confidence in me that it would be done correctly and to MY standards. they were able to finish it early and kept there word on the quote which was also fair. thank you again Sal and team its so nice to have a LOCAL shop you can trust . i would recommend them to anyone without hesitation Keith

From the customer service to the work performed everything was exceptional. What was truly amazing in this day and age was the bill was actually under the quoted price. I've been to the place down the street and around the corner and it's not worth going. If you need repairs or tires please head to North Providence Tire and Auto and stop wasting your time elsewhere. You will not be disappointed!
